High volume data entry of invoices
Updating data to ensure accuracy
Process sales orders into Pronto system
Track orders throughout the purchasing process
Handle customer enquiries
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
General Office duties
What you'll need to succeed
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
Strong analytical skills
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Must have experience using Pronto
