- About this role:

- New role within the Capital and Infrastructure Program, incorporating Major Capital, Property, Space Management and the Arts and Heritage Program
- Establishment of new reporting processes, dashboards and coordination of the forward capital plan working
- Assist in developing systems and functions for the oversight, management and day to day reporting of the portfolio
- Day to day support to the Capital and Infrastructure Program in producing reports, papers and management materials.

**About The Role**

This role will be responsible for supporting the Director Capital and Infrastructure in the day to day business functions and project management of the Capital and Infrastructure portfolio. The portfolio covers a number of key functions including Major Capital/ Capital projects, Property, Commercial and Retail, Organisational Space Management and Arts and Heritage.

The role will be critical to coordination of reporting across the portfolio including the tracking of projects and key outputs/ milestones. The role will be responsible for creating and maintaining open and transparent reporting processes and coordination of the forward capital plan. The role will also assist in developing a level of maturity in the oversight, management, planning and reporting of the portfolio in the development of dashboards and other reference documentation.

**About You**

You are able to lead and drive change that improves management and reporting processes within the portfolio, creating efficiencies and effectiveness in processes, including transparency and accuracy of reporting. You are able to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, coordinating inputs and proactively identifying opportunities to make process and system improvements that benefit the portfolio

What You Need:

- Previous experience in the establishment of a Project Management Office, Management support or Business Support role
- Strong IT skills, including establishment of systems and document repository management systems
- Initiative management
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
