**The Purpose**:
Responsibility for managing retail / business payments product including product performance and reporting, product lifecycle management and future enhancements, specifically:

- Develop appropriate reports and dashboards for monitoring performance
- Develop plans and actions to drive take up and usage

**You will be responsible for**:

- Work with the AP+ Marketing team to develop collateral for product portfolio
- Work closely with the AP+ Commercial team to support the activities of the Commercial team including providing training and associated material as it relates to the product portfolio
- In conjunction with Senior Product Managers develop plans for future product enhancements
- Work with other parts of the AP+ organisation to explore and execute on opportunities to integrate with other AP+ capabilities
- Engage with key external stakeholders (e.g. regulators, industry bodies, financial institutions and service providers) as required and in conjunction with other key AP+ representatives on specific topics or issues relating to your product portfolio
- Manage inbound inquiries and interest from third party organisations

**In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have**:

- Specific payments knowledge and experience,
- strategic thinker and thought leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly written (presentations, articles, marketing collateral etc.)
- Strong influencing skills
- Relationship skills and strong collaborative working style
- Ability to work in a small organisation and deal with ambiguity
- Proactive and output focused
- Self-starter, driven and motivated
