We are seeking an **experienced** **Centre Director/Manager** to **lead our team** of **passionate early childhood teachers and educators** to deliver an exceptional experience for the children and families of our service in 2023 and beyond.

As Centre Manager, you can operate autonomously, supported by an Alternate Centre Manager.  In addition to the general day-to-day aspects of the Croydon operation, your role will encompass the duties and responsibilities of the centre's Educational Leader role in line with the requirements of the National Quality Framework.

Your core duties will fall within the following areas:

- Influence, lead and delivery high-quality service
- Manage the team and day-to-day administration
- Collaborate with families, the team and the community
- Provide ongoing learning and development
- Ensure that all relevant laws and educational frameworks are in-line with compliance standards

**About you**
- Experience as a Centre Manager/Director in long day care (ideally, if not sufficient time as Assistant Director will be fine)
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- WWCC (Employer), Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and Child Protection
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Diploma (or Bachelor) as relevant to ECEC (and ACECQA approved).
- Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $128,366.00 per year
