We are seeking a **Centre Manager **to **lead our team** of **passionate early childhood teachers and educators** and to deliver an exceptional experience for the children and families of our service in 2023 and beyond.

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Oversee all aspects of the centre, daily routines, staffing, ratios, policies, regulations, compliance, rostering, staff management, report to Approved Providers.
- Ensure the centre is proving the highest quality of care at all times
- Empower and motive a team of fantastic educators.
- Ensure staff provide safe and stimulating environments daily
- Create and maintain parent and family relationships.

As Centre Manager, you can operate autonomously, supported by an Alternate Centre Manager.  In addition to the general day-to-day aspects of the Croydon operation, your role will encompass the duties and responsibilities of the centre's Educational Leader role in line with the requirements of the National Quality Framework.

- Professionally presented
- Outstanding communication skills
- Bachelor (or Diploma) in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Be confident in all aspects of communication with families and educators.
- Comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and the National Regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience as a Centre Manager in long day care (ideal but not mandatory)
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- WWCC (Employer)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and Child Protection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
