Head of Enterprise Technology Risk Management

Downer Group are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Technology Risk Management division. As the Head of Enterprise Technology Risk, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic technology risk management frameworks, overseeing technology risk management and compliance initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate complex technological landscapes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build resilient risk management strategies that align with our organisation’s goals.
- 10+ years in the establishment and running and Compliance functions and activities that support adoption and measurement of same.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields, Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications in Audit (CISA), Risk Management and Project Management highly desirable
- Proven leadership experience in enterprise technology risk management
- Strong background in developing and implementing the enterprise technology risk strategy and framework
- Prior experience in a compliance and/or regulatory environments and the adoption of ISO/IEC standards;
- Proven experience in planning, design and implementation of ISO 31000 risk management framework and standards related to security and privacy compliance including the implementation and adoption of ISO 27000/1
- Experience with GRC tools and processes
