We currently have an opportunity for an entry level position as a trade assistant at our Coopers Plains workshop. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong willingness to learn.

The position has the possibility of full training to become a Windscreen Installer and doing an apprenticeship **Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology.**

Reporting to the workshop supervisor the successful applicant will be assisting in the **following areas**:
**General workshop duties.**
- Preparation of parts and materials for technicians.
- Assisting technicians with prep and lifting of windscreens. Learning how to install auto glass.
- Receiving and dispatching goods.
- Labelling of incoming stock.
- Removal of Autoglass from wrecking yards.
- Picking and packing of online orders.

**Requirement to be successful in this role**:

- Current manual driver’s licence (may have Learners close to getting P plates).
- Have a keen interest in Automotive area.
- Have a knowledge of car makes and models.
- Be self-motivated, proactive, express a positive attitude and have a strong willingness to learn. Be keen to learn customer service skills
- Be able to follow instructions and be a quick learner.
- Be punctual and reliable.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
