At Hairhouse you will learn first-hand how to deliver exceptional customer experiences while being trained on the best hair-care brands to build your own knowledge.

Hairhouse has expansive training courses which together with your will to learn will see you grow and develop all the skills you will need to become a successful Hair and Beauty Advisor.

What we need from you is a passion for hair, a can-do attitude and of course a love of making people feel beautiful This is your opportunity to shine

**Your Role**:

- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Experiences
- Welcome, engage and provide professional recommendations on hair care
- Work with and support the team to ensure the best presented store
- Meet (and exceed) your daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets
- Become a master in Hairhouse merchandising including campaign set ups
- Support the salon team by welcoming their clients into the store
- Invite store customers to experience the salon experience
- Embrace and champion Hairhouse training and processes

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
