The University of Wollongong’s Financial Services Unit is a specialist unit that provides a broad range of professional, in-house financial services, to the University’s executive, faculties, research and administrative areas. We manage the University's financial obligations including accounts payable, account receivable, procurement and insurance.
We are seeking a dedicated team player to fill the role of Finance Officer - Corporate Management Accounting in the Financial Services Division to assist the team in delivering services and support related to administrative financial activities.
The duties of this include, but are not limited to:

- Process banking, refunds, journals and reconciliations
- Preparing invoicing and payment processing
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested
- Responding to routine finance enquiries
