**Office All Rounder**

We are a Seafood Wholesaler based in North Wollongong, looking for an enthusiastic Office All Rounder to join our growing team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, ideally you will be a self-starter and able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and experience in an office environment. This position is Full-time

Duties and responsibilities include
- Answering Phones
- Assist sales staff in taking phone orders and entering them into our database
- Processing customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Accounts Payable and Receivable as required
- Processing of customer invoices, Credit notes and receipts
- Accurately preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
- Responding to internal and external queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Be the point of contact for all incoming calls to the administration department.
- Collecting and appropriately distributing all incoming mail.
- Effectively liaise with all other office departments
- General Administration
- Assist the QA manager with all Quality assurance matters.
- Other Administrative and Assistant ad hoc duties as reasonably required

Skills and Attributes
- Advanced Computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly and have a positive "can do attitude”.
- Willingness to learn new things
- Able to work effectively as a team member.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Greentree MYOB ERP system an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Pleasant, professional phone manner
- Previous administration/reception experience
- Punctual and reliable

Ideally you will have had a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollongong, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Similar: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 02/03/2023
