**About the Opportunity**:
Do you love aviation and thrive in a challenging and innovative environment? Working as a key member of our Queensland network, based at our Toowoomba Hub, you’ll play a hands-on role in the daily delivery of crucial and often life-saving items to those who need them most. You will be instrumental in providing end-to-end delivery service of high-impact goods throughout Queensland and be the boots on the ground executing on Swoop Aero’s strategic vision.

The Hub Operator - Toowoomba will manage the Toowoomba Hub, part of our soon-to-be-launched SE Queensland network. This full-time, two year contract position is key to ensure that we have the on ground capacity to manage the network. Sitting within the Operations Team, specifically the Oceania operations team. The Hub Operator - Toowoomba will report directly to the Regional Manager Oceania and work closely with the wider Operations Team, and with our Safety Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and control activities associated with the arrival, departure, loading and unloading of goods
- Providing professional communication to key stakeholders, both internal and external, and maintain strong relationships
- Provide ground support for the launch and recovery of our Remotely Piloted Aircraft
- Perform maintenance and servicing activity on our Remotely Piloted Aircraft
- Carry out accurate and timely reporting to help assess and guide operations
- Maintain a clean and effective working environment
- Assist with strategic projects, helping to grow our networks in Queensland, Australia, and across the globe
- Play a meaningful part in shaping Swoop Aero’s future

**What you will bring**:

- Mandatory - Full Drivers Licence
- The ability to work seamlessly within a highly skilled team
- Strong IT skills, including the ability to get up to speed with new platforms quickly
- A commitment to complying with safety practices
- Strong communication skills & high attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, time management and organisation skills
- Experience in logistics / supply chain environment (Desirable)
