**The Role**

And now, we are looking for a Studio Stock Administrator to manage the stock control operations of the JD AU Studio, contributing to an efficient workflow process that assists in maximising studio outputs. By collaborating and liaising with cross-functional teams, you will take a proactive approach in recording and optimising stock levels, minimising variances, and ensuring smooth stock operations inbound and outbound of the JD Sports Studio.

As the Studio Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Process incoming & outgoing stock shipments, with accuracy and timeliness
- Generating daily stock allocations
- Develop and implement effective stock processes and procedures for use within the Studio to optimise inventory management and process workflow
- Accurately update stock records and inventory databases to reflect received and disbursed items
- Perform regular stock audits to ensure accurate stock counts
- Analyse and investigate stock variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures
- Help maintain a clean and organised stockroom, ensuring items are properly labelled stored and distributed
- Take a hands-on role in preparing stock for photo-shoots
- Assist in resolving any stock-related issues, such as damaged items, incorrect shipments, or stock discrepancies
- Prepare items for dispatch by picking and packing them according to the order requirements.
- Generate and organise necessary documentation and services for outbound shipments.
- Assist the Studio Management team to maximise the efficiency of the Studio and its quality of service.
- Ad hoc duties required within the Studio operation

**Who You Are**
- Previous BOH experience or similar role preferred
- Experience in data entry and administration
- Experience in conducting regular stock audits
- Proven ability to address issues proactively and find practical solutions to challenges
- Experience in efficiently handling multiple tasks and prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines and demands
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
