**The Company**:

**Your Role**:
Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the Financial Controller, you will take charge of the end-to-end payroll function for approximately 130 employees on a weekly basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end processing of the weekly payroll (award & salaried staff) for multiple entities (including checking & entering timesheets) - NSW & Queensland
- Interpretation of Awards and EBA's
- Managing Single Touch Payroll (STP)
- Managing all statutory obligations including PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax
- Attending to payroll enquiries & resolving payroll discrepancies
- Preparing weekly report for Directors on summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave liabilities, workers comp payments etc.
- EOM and EOY reconciliation and report preparation
- Managing workers compensation claims
- Maintaining all employees records; preparing letters of offer; managing apprentice | traineeship subsidies
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in a stand-alone, full function payroll position
- Proven background in interpreting Awards & EBA's
- Strong understanding of the National Employment Standards
- Advanced MS Excel reporting skills
- Building | Construction industry exposure an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Botany, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
