**What will you be doing in this role**:
This Monday to Friday role will see you working under a Senior Leasing Executive to further develop your existing leasing skills across an array of assets located across the East Coast of Australia. The role will be focused on relationship management, executing leasing strategies and negotiating lease agreements.
- Prepare proposals and attending leasing meetings
- Manage marketing and tenant inquiry for vacant properties
- Lisson with architects and project manager to coordinate mov in/out
- Carry out leasing inspections and negotiate lease terms
- Liaison with solicitors, stakeholders and marketing agencies
- Assist with managing relationships with tenant pipeline
- Research on market rents, incentives etc
- Interstate and international travel for client meetings
- A property degree and 2 years in a commercial or retail leasing role
- Hustle and hunger to negotiate and close deals
- Highly relationship and service focused
- Good attention to detail
- A valid NSW drivers licence and reliable car
- The ability to take instructions and work as a part of a team
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Eager to learn, take instructions and grow with this portfolio
- Strategic thinker who can bring ideas to the table to drive leasing outcomes
- Strong admin skills
- Full Australian work rights
