**What You’ll Do**:

- Run the show at our lively venue - bar, restaurant, and events.
- Lead and inspire our awesome team.
- Make sure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Plan and execute events.
- Keep our inventory and supplies in check.
- Implement and maintain systems and SOPs.
- Handle customer feedback like a pro.
- Keep an eye on the budget and make sure we stay profitable.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Great leadership and team management skills.
- Super organized and great at multitasking.
- Friendly, outgoing, and loves working with people.
- Flexible schedule - evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Knows their way around POS systems and SOPs.
- Passionate about top-notch customer service.

Pay: $58,631.48 - $70,077.22 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Bar management: 2 years (required)
