Our client is an industry-leading fintech business providing innovative solutions to Australian businesses and they are currently on the search for a results-focused and hands-on
**Digital Marketing Specialist** to join their growing marketing team.

As the
**Digital Marketing Specialist**, you will own, lead and grow the digital share of the marketing team via an array of performance and brand-led channels whilst driving meaningful web-traffic, conversions, qualifiable leads, and ultimately, revenue.
- You will actively contribute to the implementation of digital marketing strategies that will drive growth, enhance brand visibility and improve customer engagement.
- With data analytics and insights, you will also measure campaign performance, optimise ROI and identify opportunities for growth as well as contribute to planning and reporting initiatives for monthly board reports.
- Collaboration is key: you will work with multiple stakeholders such internal teams, leadership members, external partners, and vendors to oversee and manage all aspects of digital marketing including digital channels, website management, CRO, marketing budget and ensuring alignment of goals and objectives with the wider business.

**More about you**
- You have 4+ years of experience within the B2B and financial services industry with strong hands-on digital marketing and campaign management skills.
- You take a data-driven approach to acquisition and retention marketing and consistently identify and analyse trends to make informed decisions
- You are always up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies and tools that drive innovation and growth
- You are comfortable with change and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative working environment.
