As a Customer Experience Officer at Veolia, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our state-based Department of Defence account. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all customer service enquiries, both inbound and outbound, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for the Department of Defence account, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide assistance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
