**What you'll do
**We’re now looking for a Strategy Analyst to bring their problem-solving and storytelling to influence and deliver innovative and transformational change to the business. Working within an agile squad with members from across the business, you’ll play a key role in enabling the Smarter Operations program. Smarter Operations is focused on transforming stores through technology, equipment or process optimisation to deliver consistent in-store processes and better, safer experiences for our customers and team members. You’ll be responsible for the following;
- Develop high quality strategic plans and projects for the Smarter Operations business within Woolworths 360
- Provide guidance on business opportunities (financial, technology, customer experience, supplier, market, innovation etc) and form recommendations that balance pragmatic solutions with innovative/disruptive opportunities
- Structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them and conduct analysis to extract valuable insights for the business - inject strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces
- Prepare strategy papers for the relevant governance forums as required (including Executive Committee and Board)
- Project manage a project or key work streams in major projects whilst injecting strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces
- Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful changeWork in an “agile for delivery” structure allowing for new experiences and development

**What you'll bring
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience successfully supporting and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, project management
- Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisationExperience in the retail and/or technology is highly desirable
