**All Foods Market - Belmont IG**A, is currently seeking an experienced Dairy/Freezer Department Manager to join their strong and successful team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our large dairy/freezer department. This role would suit a person that is enthusiastic, driven and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

**Key accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to**:

- Stock control, including negotiating with suppliers to order stock
- Growing the department sales and GP
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the department
- POS ticketing
- Controlling shrinkage

**Key skills and experience The successful applicant must have**:

- Minimum 3 years experience running the dairy/freezer department of a supermarket, including dealing with suppliers
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Displays
- Reliable
- Able to fulfil a physically demanding position

Our store is open 7 days a week so flexibility in the hours and shifts you can work (including nights and weekends) is essential.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belmont WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dairy Manager: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
