**Job Summary**:
As a Principal Operations Analyst, you will lead a team that conducts analysis and supports rollouts of new products and system changes.

You will work with various groups to drive best practice around process improvement, documentation, and automation initiatives. You will also provide senior management support on operational reporting and create dashboards and regular reports across set KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent Operations in project meetings and collaborate with IT, Data, Operations Managers, and end-users to identify, analyze and resolve automation business exceptions
- Lead direct reports of analysts in developing and testing business requirements of system changes
- Prepare business cases for automation and related requirements documents
- Analyze data and reports available from platforms to assist in identifying areas for process improvement
- Seek improvement of the product and of self by the continuous improvement of practices and processes

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience with Process Improvement projects and UAT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
