**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking individual with a strong understanding of automation and diverse thinking to join our team at our head office in Turrella.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing purchasing categories, communicating with suppliers, and identifying opportunities for process and system optimisation through PDCA and continuous improvements.

**The Role**
- Place and monitor weekly purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to our warehouses.
- Calculate and update future demand forecast and safety stock for raw materials and merchandise.
- Analyse current and future demand forecasts to reduce airfreight logístical costs.
- Follow-up on purchase orders to monitor supplier performance and lead time adherence.
- Maintain stock availabilities for factories, showrooms, customer service teams, and warehouses.
- Update showrooms and factories with arrival and delay of raw materials, merchandise, and containers.
- Allocate inventories to sales orders for domestic and international showrooms.
- Optimise spare parts supply chain for timely delivery to customers.
- Organise domestic and international sea and air freight for raw materials and merchandise and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate advanced skills of Microsoft Office Apps

**About You**:

- You will have a logístical mindset which is essential to manage the movement of goods and ensure timely delivery to warehouses and customers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other departments and stakeholders
- Holds a tertiary qualification in supply chain management or a related field:
