**About the role**:
Are you passionate about sustainability and helping people save water and reduce their bills? Also have a passion for effective communication and stakeholder engagement - Our Coordinator - Water Efficiency Partnerships role works collaboratively with our industry partners and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coordinated effort in achieving our Waterwise ambitions.

This part-time (~0.6 FTE) maternity leave replacement opportunity will assist in supporting a range of strategic partnerships and stakeholders who work closely with Water Corporation to achieve our aims at improving sustainability and water efficiency.

**What the role will offer**:

- The opportunity to engage, collaborate with, and support industry partners and stakeholders including managing partnership agreements, planning and managing regular stakeholder meetings to discuss deliverables, progress, key issues and industry outlooks etc
- The opportunity to gain experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, procurement, contract management, reporting, and communication related to residential and non-residential demand management initiatives.
- The ability to conduct post implementation reviews and monitoring to assess and report on the success and benefits gained from programs and initiatives.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in proactively and confidentially engaging with external stakeholders and partners including the ability to negotiate and influence behaviours and outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to plan, manage and document meetings and engagements, manage minor contract negotiations, review reports and similar.
- Understanding of program management processes including reviews and continuous improvement.
- Experience in water efficiency or sustainability concepts, initiatives, tools and techniques which can be used to reduce water use within the community
