Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative UI/UX Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid
role blends the art of user experience design with the technical and creative production of
multimedia content. You will design intuitive interfaces while also producing engaging
user-centred design and has a flair for creating compelling visuals and interactive content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and testing to understand and improve customer journeys.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces in line with industry best
practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and user
experience across all platforms.
- Optimise existing digital products for enhanced usability and performance.
- Create and edit high-quality visual, audio, and video content for digital platforms,
including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop animations, graphics, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure multimedia assets are
aligned with project goals.
- Stay updated on multimedia trends and technologies to introduce innovative ideas.
- Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher.
- A minimum of 3-5 years work experience as a UI/UX Specialist.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating user-centred designs.
- Proficiency in multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma,
etc.). Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods.
- Knowledge of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
