**Position Responsibilities**:
- **1. Data Analysis**:_
- Utilising statistical techniques to analyse large datasets related to real estate trends, market dynamics, and user behavior.
- Extracting meaningful insights and actionable recommendations from data to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- **2. Database Management**:_
- **3. Application Development**:_
- Developing and maintaining data-driven features, dashboards and reporting tools to empower users with valuable information.
- Supporting ISV product development.
- Creating visually appealing and intuitive data visualizations to communicate complex data insights via the app through UI and UX features.
- **4. Quality Assurance**:_**:
- **Conducting thorough testing and validation of data-driven features to ensure accuracy and reliability.
**Technical Skills required**:
- Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Common Data Service is **essential** for this role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as CSS, JavaScript, Web API, WebServices & SQL, and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- A good understanding of UI/UX concepts and experience with data visualization tools, with a keen eye for creating impactful visualizations.
- Solid understanding of database management and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
