This new role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven individual as the next step in their career as **Marketing & Corporate Affairs Manager.** Reporting to the Director, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, this is an exciting opportunity to drive for results in the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function by establishing and maintaining a powerful brand for ResourceCo to expand and grow the business globally.

**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Plan and execute marketing strategies and content for the ResourceCo Group and all Business Pillars.
- Provide strong and efficient marketing support aligned to Business Pillar needs with a key focus on digital marketing.
- Conduct thorough research to gain key insights into customers needs and current trends in order to make key and accurate marketing decisions.
- Build strong marketing campaigns through excellent collaboration and teamwork, ensuring all plans are executed in line with relevant guidelines and strategic priorities.
- Develop and implement annual communications plan.
- Support and drive ResourceCo’s internal communications whilst successfully engaging with all employees across all levels of the organisation.
- Establish key communication vehicles to create momentum and awareness, together with ‘testing’ the effectiveness of communication activities.
- Working effectively and efficiently with all Business Pillars, ensuring a coordinated approach to communications is achieved in order to deliver on quality outcomes.
- Coordinate and arrange employee volunteering programs through excellent internal communication and engagement.

**About you**:
We are searching for a highly experienced and talented person, with a strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial “flair”, coupled with the following:

- Qualifications in Marketing Mass Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
- Strong demonstrated working experience within Marketing/Digital Marketing and Communications.
- Sound experience in using creative digital tools to produce content including video editing for social media.
- Conceptual thinking with an ability to structure, organise, execute and deliver results.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
