About the applicant;
Recently completed a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or similar
Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office Suite and REVIT programs
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have exceptional time management skills and ability to meet time frames and deadlines
Have a high attention to detail especially when checking own work and ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
Ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
About the role;
Initially completing basic variations to working drawings & design sketches, including prestart variations
Producing simple changes to base model design sketches
Producing working drawings for new home builds with a varying degree of complexity
Ensuring a high quality of design and drafting work
Liaising with Sales Consultants, Contracts Administration and other departments to achieve high quality and accurate work
Liaising with Estimating to develop the most cost-effective designs
