- Located in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Frankston North, Forest Lodge is a 180 bed Home in a quiet suburban setting. _
- Forest Lodge is bright and airy, providing high-calibre care in a contemporary setting._

As the **Care Manager **(Grade 5 RN), you will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive exceptional care by leading and maintaining high performing and culture-driven teams and be pivotal in maintaining positive stakeholder relationships that contribute to a safe and caring environment.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supervise care staff and oversee roster requirements
- Perform necessary Critical Incident Management and expert clinical support
- Support residents, families and visitors in a highly professional manner
- Ensure assessments, care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately, on time and well documented
- Manage clinical education and competency of staff
- Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture

**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday
- 0800 - 1615 (or variation depending on needs)
- Rare weekend work when operationally required
