**About the role**
This is a
**6-month**,
**fixed term, full-time** position working
**38 hours** per week. This position is based at Ulladulla Leisure Centre.

**Duties**
Reporting directly to the Southern Leisure Manager,the focus of this position is to:

- Supports & coordinate the Ulladulla Leisure Centre Team to enable Council and the Centre to function at an optimal level.
- Exhibit leadership behaviours by showing initiative, taking responsibility for self and group actions, and referring issues of ethics and probity.
- Manage the budget for the Ulladulla Leisure Centre, Milton Village Pool and Ulladulla Sea Pool in conjunction with Southern Leisure Manager.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying improvements to processes and practices and supporting change.
- Approach problem solving by analysing information from various sources.
- Report to the Southern Leisure Manager on areas of functional responsibility making professional recommendations for the Southern Leisure Manager’s consideration.

**Skills & Experience**
In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

- Certificate IV Community Recreation (or equivalent)
- Previous management experience in the Aquatic or Leisure Industry
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
