The
**purpose of this role** is to grow awareness and connection with the Gallagher brand in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, ensuring the brand is presented consistently and supports the broader demand generation campaigns driven by divisional marketing teams.
Graphic design and art direction are key skills for success, maintaining brand guidelines and producing assets in support of brand and marketing goals. Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications (APAC), local and global marketing colleagues to boost brand awareness and deliver quality creative solutions.
Brand activation:
- Brand building campaigns - deliver brand marketing and creative design that supports agreed business goals and targets (lead generation, whitespace & retention), partnering with creative, digital and media agencies when specialist capability and content is required
- M&A - integration of new merger partners, brand immersion, and managing ongoing brand transition requirements post-merger, securing additional resourcing to manage M&A related brand and marketing activity when required
- Sponsorships - in partnership with the divisional marketing leads, coordinate the activation of sponsorship related benefits.
Teamwork and collaboration:
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Claims and Marketing functions to integrate brand campaigns with front-line teams. Building relationships with external support partners and vendors.
- Create meaningful connections between the brand and how it contributes to ongoing growth of the business
- Shape, manage and co-ordinate the APAC brand
- Work in collaboration with the corporate brand team to develop and continuously improve the global brand guidelines and supporting assets including templates
- Drive results through streamlining content development, review and approval processes relating to Gallagher branded content
- Activating brand, advertising and partnership campaigns.
Brand marketing
- Manage brand governance and standards across the GGB and GBS divisions in Australia in close collaboration with the global team and design studio
- M&A - guide and support merger partner integration activity, and evolve and improve the post-merger immersion of the brand to support the broader digital and marketing efforts
Leadership
- Demonstrate active collaboration with key Sales and business stakeholders
- Engage marketing team members to effectively build and execute campaigns
- Drive focus - profile and recognise best practice examples of the brand being activated by front-line sales and marketing efforts
Graphic Design and Art Direction
- Utilise your graphic design experience to design and produce deliverables across the business, working in the Adobe suite, using brand templates and coming up with creative solutions which elevate brand campaigns
- Manage the production of marketing collateral and assets, including hands on production, quality control, vendor management and effective prioritisation
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver projects and campaigns

- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong planning and organisational skills including using project/activity plans
- Proven accountability for Brand and Marketing KPIs, planning and budget management
- Skilled networker, with an ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and front-line sales/service teams
- Good project management skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a graphic design, brand marketing or sponsorship related role
