As Café Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day flow of the café. From creating staff rosters and maintaining a clean, welcoming space to ensuring exceptional customer service, you’ll be the backbone of our operations. You’ll also assist with training and guiding staff, solving minor logístical challenges, and fostering a positive and productive environment for both the team and customers.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our kitchen team, support stock ordering, and liaise with our social media team to help promote our menu. You’ll also be involved in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring catering orders are handled smoothly, always aiming to exceed expectations.

Working on a 7 day roster you’ll have the opportunity to work with the business owner to develop a roster package that suits your needs.

A full cafe manager position is available for career progression for the right applicant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Retention bonus

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
