**About the Role**

This role is to champion and deliver a coordinated, creative and engaging approach to planning, monitoring and reporting our corporate performance. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Planning and Performance Advisor, the position works closely with senior managers and is part of a dynamic team focused on delivering an integrated and strategy led approach.

**Skills and Experience**
- Your initiative, friendly and can-do style delivers great results in supporting leaders and staff to understand and engage in service planning and performance.
- You have clear and engaging written and verbal communication skills. With strong experience in presenting to senior leaders and the ability to adapt communication style to engage diverse staff. Experience in writing reports, communications for online and offline.
- You have demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high quality projects simultaneously to deadlines.
- You have demonstrated experience in service planning for the short, medium and long term; looking for barriers, synergies, gaps and opportunities in the resulting information.
- You have experience administrating CAMMS Strategy monitoring and reporting software (or like corporate reporting software, like Pulse and/or PowerBI).
