**Purpose**

The Marion Outdoor Pool Administration Support Officer will provide effective and efficient support to the
Team Leader Marion Outdoor Pool, and the administration requirements for the operation of the Marion
Outdoor Pool. This includes providing efficient reception duties, point of sale operations and customer
information for programs and pool users.

The position will focus on supporting the Marion Outdoor Pool team to achieve high quality

administration processes and excellent customer service. The position includes responsibility for
coordinating the promotional approaches within the marketing plan in accord of the pool timeframes and
budget requirements.

**Key Responsibilities and Key Outcomes**

Key outcomes of the position are to assist the Marion Outdoor Pool Team through providing high level
administrative support, with particular emphasis on:

- Delivering high quality first point of call customer service within all required reception and kiosk tasks

with efficient and effective processes.
- Maintaining, collating and appropriately implementing customer records management for effective

pool bookings and pool usage including but not limited to monitoring and reporting operational levels

through retaining and collating statistical information and implementing marketing and promotional

activities.
- Undertaking administration tasks such as word processing, document storage, document

development and updating, data entry and associated reporting.
- Implement sound financial tracking to ensure timely processing of invoices and petty cash is used in

accord of organisational procedures.
- Contributing to a positive team culture through supporting the team with promotional initiatives

including social media and print material development.
- Maintaining pool product sales through monitoring stock levels and ensuring products are displayed

and presented positively within the reception area.
