**Your Impact**:
The **Operations Management & Facilities Services (OMFS)** group performs Operations and Maintenance (O&M), facilities management (FM), and asset-management services for Federal, State and Local government and private customers across the APACME People and Places Solutions Line of Business. The OMFS group is a service centre to the wider Jacobs business.

Our team’s work includes operations and management of asset intensive industry’s such as water and wastewater utility systems, facilities and building maintenance, public works, transportation O&M, municipal and related services, as well as Asset Management and O&M consulting.

As the **Operations Manager - OMFS Australia**, in the OMFS Operations group servicing the APACME People and Places Solutions region primarily Australia, you will be responsible for providing Business Development, Delivery, Leadership and Management of Operations, Management and Field Services which interface directly with key internal and external clients within Australia. In addition, develops and delivers OMFS services within Australia reporting directly to the OMFS - APACME International Operations Director.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Engineering BS/BA or BENG/MSc with solid experience in Operations/ Facilities delivery and or AM/O&M Consulting.
- Experience of Design, Build, Operate (DBO) and Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) contracting.
- Demonstrated experience in Operational Risk Management and CAPEX and OPEX analyses and forecasts.
- Sound knowledge in Asset Condition and Criticality Assessment Practices and Processes including asset remaining life calculations and decay forecasts.
- The ability to develop and implement Whole of Life AM/O&M frameworks, strategies, plans, procedures and processes.
- Proven experience in evaluating facilities operations and management and suggests improvements to operations personnel and/or design engineers.
- The ability to manage or reviews the delivery of commissioning, plant start-ups and operations & maintenance consulting services.
- The ability to manage and deliver services related to:

- ISO55000
- Asset availability, reliability, and maintainability improvement programs such as Reliability
- Centred Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis/FMECA etc.
- Facilities management
- CMMS/Enterprise Asset Management Systems Implementation
- Operational Readiness Capability and O&M/AM Training Competency Frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a high level of discretion with internal or external parties such as clients, government bodies and other organisations.
