**About the Position**
As a **Casual Lecturer in Business and Economics** you will work within the Discipline of Business and Accounting at CDU to teach a range of units in the MBA degree programs. These are casual positions and your duties will include:

- Teaching agreed units in consultation with the Discipline Chair, including working with team members from within the Discipline and across the University
- Ensuring allocated units are prepared for both online and on-campus students in a timely manner and monitoring the quality of those units
- Marking student work within assigned units
- Overseeing student progress within relevant units in consultation with academic team members.

**About You**
To be successful, you will possess:

- A Doctorate or Master’s qualification directly relevant to a discipline area listed above
- Three years of post-qualification experience in any of the following: teaching, business, industry, government or a non-governmental organisation
- The ability to teach international students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively and consultatively as a member of a team
- The ability to meet tight deadlines

**Remuneration**
Appointment to this role will be at a Casual Academic Level A and you will be paid an hourly rate ranging from $44.69 to $67.04 (dependent on experience) + 10.5% superannuation.
