**APS6 Senior Behavioural Insights (Economics) Officer**.

**6 month contract.**
**About the Position**
The Senior Behavioural Insights Officer is responsible for leading and/or supporting a range of projects that draw on insights from behavioural economics to improve job seeker employment outcomes.
**Duties**
- Managing relationships with stakeholders and research partners
- Undertaking project planning and implementation
- Contract management and evaluation design
- Conducting research activities
- Reporting research findings
**Requirements/Skills**
- Adept at working within a changing and dynamic environment
- Comfortable actioning a range of tasks in project & stakeholder management and interdisciplinary research
- A tertiary degree (social science, sociology, anthropology, psychological science, behavioural economics)
- Understanding of qualitative research methodologies and analysis or behavioural or social sciences
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Sound project management skills
- The ability to undertake ad hoc tasks as required (pieces of analysis, briefings)
- Ability to Lead junior staff and to develop research capabilities
- Confidence in managing research projects
