**Your day-to-day**

As Assistant Night Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office whilst on duty, including (but not limited to) Reception, Concierge/Porter services to deliver a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life. This role will support the overnight team, working closely with the Night Manager to complete the night audit process, and operate as the Night Manager in their absence.

**What we need from you**

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration

Four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Full working rights in Australia

Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificate are required
