**Woods & Co Recruitment** have partnered with a Residential Developer looking to build out their sales team and hire a
**New Homes Sales Consultant.** This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has passion for the property industry.
You will work between the St Kilda Road office & site. If you're an individual who is looking to establish themselves within the property market, has amazing people skills and a general ability to sell then this is the role for you.

**What's in it for you?**
- Work directly out of the display suite in Corio
- Salary package $70K + Super + Commission
- OTE $250K
- Sell 100+ house & land packages
- Work autonomously with an amazing support framework
- Exposure to the property industry
- Work between site and the St Kilda Road office
- Fantastic company culture

**What do you do?**
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Managing existing sales channels and developing new channels
- Conducting project presentations and partnership sales training.
- Assisting in closing sales with sales partners
- Generate new leads and follow up on all queries (including online queries) from prospects with the aim to convert them to clients
- Assist sales manager with ad-hoc sales and marketing items as required

**What you need?**
- Existing relationships within the industry
- 2+ years of Real Estate Experience
- Business Development experience is favourable
- High interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Proactive focus on self-lead generation
