- As the Subcontract administrator for the Brisbane facility, reporting to the Senior Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for;- Contributing to and undertake UH-60M sourcing activities including drafting of specifications, work statements, terms and conditions as well as RFQ and bid packages, and analysis and evaluation of proposals. Develop and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
- Support UH-60M contract administration through contributions to head contract delivery and changes to the head contract, and participation in relevant commercial activities.

**Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Support monthly internal and external commercial performance reporting. Draft and develop commercial presentations and reports.
- Support the processing of head and subcontract Data Deliverables for internal reviews, commentary and approval or rejection

**About you**:

- With good communication and negotiation skills, you will have contract management experience. Ideally you will also hold Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience (preferably within the defence industry).**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Significant experience working in a contract management environment, including ability to understand and accurately interpret contracts and subcontracts.
- Experience in negotiation and resolution of issues to achieve a positive, commercially focused outcome.

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or restore NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
- The location of the role will be in Brisbane, QLD.
