**The Opportunity**

**TAFE NSW** is looking for motivated individuals with current industry knowledge and experience in Entrepreneurship and Business development to join our team of teachers in Richmond on a Casual basis. You will become part of a highly driven and successful team who work collaboratively to achieve students’ success in both mainstream and industry delivery.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate about business development, have excellent customer service skills. You will have confidence in your ability to negotiate with stakeholders and display creativity. You will ambition and drive to succeed and mentor students, passing on your experience and knowledge, and have demonstrated experience in delivering training.

**To be considered for the role you will have**:

- Minimum Diploma of Business and/or Finance or a related field.
- Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent
- 3+ years post qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously[RM1]
- Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment
