- Location: Caboolture Depot (relocating to Narangba)

**About our opportunity**

The Technical Operations team deliver capital and renewal projects for roads, drains and utilities across the City of Moreton Bay. As the Project Support officer, your focus will include carrying out onsite inspections to ensure project specifications are adhered to, handling the review and modification of a range of pre-design drawings, approvals and coordinating project delivery outcomes. You'll also be:

- Building high level relationships and providing technical advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support to Senior Technical Officer and Project Officers ensuring quality delivery and implementation of agreed programs
- Supporting the wider outputs of the various Council Departments and working as an integral part of supporting team outputs
- Developing and maintaining technical expertise to implement a range of solutions.
- The role is currently based at the Caboolture Depot and will relocate to the brand new, purpose built Narangba Depot._

**About you**

You can share your solid understanding of the stages of project delivery and relevant experience in maintenance and construction projects in civil infrastructure. You will also bring:

- experience providing a broad range of technical options relating to civil infrastructure project delivery
- ability to work constructively in a team environment
- Solid level of experience in building high quality relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Certificate III in Civil Construction, Project Management or another relevant field or have demonstrated relevant experience
- Construction Induction Card competency that has been used or obtained within the past 2 years (required or willing to obtain at own expense)
- Current C class driver’s licence (required).
