**A bit about the role**

As the Coordinator, Procurement, you will lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and maintain procurement plans and strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Your role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and ensuring that procurement processes are transparent, ethical, and compliant with all relevant policies and legislation.

**What you’ll deliver**
- Manage and support end-to-end procurement services in alignment with policies and legislation.
- Collaborate with management to devise and maintain an annual procurement plan.
- Oversee complex strategic procurement processes for services and projects.
- Ensure governance and risk management across all procurement activities.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful procurement outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**
- Extensive knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic procurement, tendering, and contract management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree or diploma in a related field, along with substantial experience in procurement.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
