Sonny's is a busy cafe in Murarrie. Focussing on high quality specialty coffee, fresh and fast food, and exceptional customer service.

We're looking for someone who has the following qualities.
- High energy, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- 1 year management experience
- Coffee experience essential

Role responsibilities include.
- Rostering
- Training and supervising staffMonitor stock levels and place orders
- Ensure all **food and beverages** served are of high quality and meet the company standards
- Maintain high staff morale
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines - staff following correct food safety and cleaning protocol and correct WHS protocol
- Handle any customer complaints, issues or feedback and respond appropriately
- Maintain high level of customer service, setting expectations for all staff
- Agree to and adhere to budgets set by owners
- Assess and improve profitability
- Make improvements to the running of the business and develop the café
- Liaise with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives

Tuesday to Saturday between 5am - 1:30pm. Fun, fast paced working environment. Salary negotiable depending on level of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
