**urs**: 28 - 35 hours per week

**Schedule**:

- 2-3 days per week as a Barista _$30.10 per hour + weekend penalties_
- 2-3 days per week as a Cafe Supervisor _$35 per hour + weekend penalties_

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Barista: _
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment
- Engage with customers, take orders, and handle transactions
- Ensure the cafe is clean and well-presented at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- As a Cafe Supervisor: $35 per hour + weekend penalties_
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and high standards
- Supervise and support cafe staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and report on financial performance

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably with specialty coffee
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a cafe or similar setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for coffee and creating a positive customer experience
