**Client Details**

The client offers high standard concierge service for their corporate clients which are multinational companies such as global financial institutions.

This is fully remote work but must be based in VIC or QLD.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities and duties of the role**:

- Correspond to inquiries and requests from customers in an appropriate manner
- Make and manage various types of bookings (flight, hotel, venue, dining, events etc.)
- Coordinating and suggesting the best plan to meet customer's expectation
- Follow up and troubleshooting
- Record and update customer information in the database
- Learn relevant knowledge through the on-the-job training
- Fully remote work
- Full time position (38hours per week)
- Shift duties; work shift is arranged between 7am and 11pm.

**Profile**

**In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths**:

- Native level Japanese used in a business setting and full business proficiency level in English
- Must be based in Victoria or Queensland
- 2 - 7 years experience in corporate customer service role is highly regarded (travel company/agencies, hotel, cabin crew, corporate receptionists, assistant role (EA/PA/Admin Assistant))
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate attitude to customers in Japanese.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal orientated
- Ability to work independently and perform well with minimum supervision
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong clients focus to understand client's needs
- Understanding of the company brands and services
- Full work rights in Australia and able to work full-time at least 1 year
