Exciting opportunity to join a strong Payroll Implementation team based the the CBD.

**Your new company**
This SA owned and operated professional services company is growing rapidly and an opening now exists for a Payroll Implementations Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Located on the very fringe of the CBD, this ‘new generation’ of tech-smart business advisors are changing the face of Accounting and Finance.

**Your new role**
You’ll be responsible for the timely and effective delivery of Payroll System Implementations for a range of businesses including the provision of training and system support services, along with;
- Managing a small team
- Run initial implementation ‘kick-off’ meetings with clients to gather information for the implementation and provide support and advice to the client in relation to the implementation
- Delegate HeroPay/KeyPay implementations to payroll team and project manage the implementation to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget
- Create a Project Plan for each client’s implementation and manage overall project plan for all implementations
- Review implementations and provide system training and support to both clients and internal team
- Throughout implementation further identify gaps in the client’s processes and systems and make recommendations to improve [be aware what is in and out of scope and communicate this clearly to the client]
- Review utilisation of systems and implement further automation and functionality that can be used
- Keep clients up to date with systems and what is available to improve their business
- Manage client relationships and expectations and provide ongoing support and advice
- Performance manage the internal payroll team providing ongoing training and technical support

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years’ experience in a payroll processing role
- Previous experience implementing Payroll/HR IT systems in essential
- Experience with Employment Hero [HeroPay/KeyPay] will be highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Modern Awards and the NES
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills to be able to work with multiple clients from different industries
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or HR
