**Technology Stream Lead - Financial Services**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Stream Lead to deliver numerous program initiatives for a transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in driving technology delivery and leading cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Have delivered Technology programs valued at $20M+
- Directly managed technical delivery teams
- Comfortable working directly with General Managers, Directors to engineers
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of project, program, and portfolio management practices and methodologies.
- Strong grasp of technology delivery, systems development lifecycle, and technology-enabled change.
- Deep expertise in agile practices and ways of working, including leading and implementing agile methodologies.
- Sound knowledge of insurance operations, including industry-specific processes and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality executive reports.
- Strong C-level stakeholder management and account management skills, capable of influencing without direct authority.
- Superior understanding of complex, technology-driven change in large, regulated industries such as insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide cultural and behavioural leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Track record of driving change management initiatives and leading process improvements.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to think conceptually and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Role:

- Lead and oversee technology-enabled change initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that align with business objectives.
- Possess strong conceptual abilities and a deep understanding of the organization's business requirements and enterprise architecture. Use this knowledge to guide technology solutions and ensure they align with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Align technology solutions with business requirements to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and produce high-quality executive reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Identify risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure successful delivery of transformative initiatives.
- Lead change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder buy-in, and successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Utilize your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders, driving alignment and achieving desired outcomes.
