**The Purpose**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Delivery Manager to manage the delivery of a portfolio of initiatives across the AP+ engineering teams and other technology teams where needed. As the Senior Technology Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of workstreams and initiatives under your management and managing risks that could affect delivery.

**Lead Technology Delivery Manager, **you will be responsible for:
**Leadership**:

- Leading and mentoring a team of technology delivery managers to deliver within agreed time, budget and quality parameters.
- Develop and improve technology delivery practices and standards to ensure consistency.
- Develop the technical and general competencies of team members and establish effective cross skilling within the team.
- Cultivating and maintaining a high performance and continuous improvement culture and environment.
- Establish performance goals for the team and provide regular coaching, feedback and support and holding performance discussions, including (if necessary) managing poor performance.
- Holding career discussions and supporting individual career development action plans.

**Hands on**:

- Manage the delivery of o portfolio of technology initiatives / work streams / significant work activities ensuring they are aligned with priorities and delivered within agreed time, budget and quality parameters.
- Provide visibility and reporting on progress against goals and milestones and provide performance metrics that support the team with making data driven decisions.
- Manage internal dependencies, raise issues and liaise with internal stakeholders to remove impediments.
- Coordinate and prioritise activities across development teams, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure their understanding of requirements and delivery expectations.
- Manage risks with appropriate mitigation plans.
- Improve delivery processes for more effective, consistent and sustainable execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the delivery lifecycle.
- Implement effective release management practices, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of software updates, new features, technology upgrades.
- Facilitating the development of business cases and solution recommendations

**The skills & knowledge you need to have**:

- Extensive experience managing multiple technology initiatives or programs with multiple workstreams involving development teams and multiple technology disciplines.
- Experience working with agile techniques such as iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a tenacious, resilient, resourceful, and collaborative approach to delivery.
- Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- D**elivery management** - manages multiple streams / intiatives of delivery to achieve business goals.
