As the Product Owner, you will lead and own digital products via a cross-functional squad. You will have a customer-centric mentality and responsible for defining and executing a product vision, strategy and roadmap. This role will need to be able to interpret data and develop insights with the aim of developing, supporting and continuously improving digital products within a defined customer domain. You will be responsible, through your squad, for the delivery of new features, enhancements, initiatives with ultimate authority on what will be included in each sprint and accepting completed work as ‘done’ with validation from real customers and end-users.

You’ll have
- 3-5+ years’ experience in Digital environment with a focus on Product ownership / development- Strong digital Product management skills including product discovery, implementation, feature prioritisation and measurement processes- Agile Product roadmap development- Customer validation and testing, including iteration reviews and User Acceptance Testing- Stakeholder management and influencing skills - the ability to set a vision and communicate this product journey to stakeholders clearly- Strategic mindset and the ability to communicate the product strategy- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence to help steer product development to positive outcomes- Strong attention to detail with high-level documentation and written skills
