**About the Role**:
In this role, you'll oversee commercial sites, in and around the Sydney. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, implementing safe work practices, and fostering a safety culture within the team. Your role extends to participating in performance reviews, proactively addressing health and safety concerns, and engaging in toolbox meetings for safety updates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the team's on-site activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of safe work practices, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
- Participating in performance reviews to provide feedback and support the professional growth of team members.
- Proactively raising any workplace health and safety (WHS) issues to the State Manager or WHS Advisor for timely resolution.
- Actively participating in scheduled toolbox meetings to discuss safety updates, share insights, and address concerns.
- Conduct regular WHS inspections to identify potential hazards and promptly report findings to relevant stakeholders.

- Current and valid manual driver's licence
