Dental Assistant

As part of our unique orthodontic practice, you'll have the opportunity to work with an awesome team of professionals who are passionate about providing the best patient care. You'll be responsible for assisting in all aspects of patient care and have a blast doing it

Urban Smile is a fun, innovative orthodontic practice and we are growing FAST. Our young brand is backed by over 20 years’ experience, led by our awesome Orthodontists, Dr Sarah Lawrence and Dr Igor Lavrin.

**What does Urban Smile do?**

Our mission is to help people get beautiful straight teeth in a more convenient and affordable way. We do all of this without compromising the quality-of-care people receive by providing specialist orthodontist designed and led treatment. We utilise the latest technology and telehealth to ensure the best results for our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing Ortho procedures
- Assist our oral health therapists chairside with procedures and ensuring compliance with our sterilisation and hygiene practices.
- Ordering & inventory management
- Preparing rooms for treatment

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience as a Dental Assistant
- A dynamic personality with a positive attitude
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to go the extra mile and pick up the phone as and when required.
- Fun, innovative and tech-driven
- Learning new systems

**The finer details**:

- 4-day week: Tuesday-Friday
- Hours 9:15am-6:00pm with 45 min lunch
- Hawthorn Location
